The Belmont City Rec Center is located approximately 2 miles away and has many amenities and classes. The location in close proximity to Keener Blvd. provides easy access to Wilkinson Blvd. and interstate 85. Harris Teeter, Lowes, Walmart, Aldi, Holy Angels and a lot of other retail and restaurant locations are all located just a short drive away. This home has been extensively updated in the past few years. Updates include new metal roof, gutters, vinyl siding, concrete driveway and walkway to the front steps, electrical upgrade, water line(s), fence, ceiling fans, lighting, bathroom, completely new HVAC system including duct work installed and serviced every 6 months by GSM Services, tank-less hot water heater, flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, stove with oven, out building for storage as well as a carport for multiple uses, crawlspace including vapor barrier and insulation, attic insulation. I am sure there are some updates I haven't listed. Rocks have been installed on the side of the home creating a drive and parking area in the backyard for side by side parking or other needs. The fireplace is not operable. The chimney was removed below the roof line when the metal roof was installed. We wanted to do some additional pressure washing / cleaning of the exterior but could not due to current stage 2 drought restrictions.
